A full DOT file can be presented to you for approval prior to dispatch. We actually prefer it this way.The file will be in full compliance with the FMCSR including any updated regulations. Background screening is done through DAC Services and state agencies and we verify a minimum of 5 years employment history.

Our personal preference is that our drivers be at least 23 years of age and have a minimum of 12 months verifiable CDL experience in the vehicle for which they are licensed. Our obvious goal however is to meet your personal preferences. Please let us know what they are.
